2010 YOUTH ENRICHMENT SCHOLARSHIP FORMS (YES), ALSO KNOWN AS CAMPERSHIP APPLICATIONS, are now available in the Religious School Office and in the Temple Office. These forms will soon be available on the Temple website at www.templesanjose.org. If you are considering camp, remember to sign up early to get the session you want because spaces fill up quickly. Deadline for submitting YES forms to the Religious School Office is January 31, 2010. ON JANUARY 24, 2010, REPRESENTATIVES FROM CAMP TAWONGA AND CAMP NEWMAN WILL BE HERE TO TALK ABOUT THEIR PROGRAMS. Parents are encouraged to join their children in the Sanctuary at 10:15 am to find out about the programs and activities offered by our Jewish camps.
MITZVAH DAY IS COMING!! Mark your calendars for March 21st, when our Temple Emanu-El family will join together for a day of repairing the world around us (Tikkun Olam). Activities for people of all ages and interests will begin after Hebrew School, and will continue throughout the morning. THIS IS A WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN TO WORK TOGETHER, MAKING A DIFFERNCE WITH EACH ACTION.
