If you wish to follow through on your interests in Social Action and Social Justice, I strongly appeal to you to attend the next meeting of the Tikkun Olam Committee. We are well on our way to finalizing an environmental issue that will engage the congregation in an action that will better our community. This is an exciting project and one that will benefit from everyone's participation. You don't have to be a member of the committee to be involved. Social Action and Social Justice are not only major tenants of our religion, but are in the best interests of ourselves and our community.

The next meeting is Tuesday, January 13th from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in the Cottage next to the Temple. Please let me know that you will be able to attend.
